Perfection


This salad will change your life.  I promise.

Esther and Nate Koontz, I cannot ever ever ever thank you enough for the recipe.
It has been my lunch every day this week:

Dressing:
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

I eat it over a salad of fresh spinach, diced apple, toasted slivered almonds, and chopped green onion.
